Position Summary

Customer Service Associates primarily receive inbound calls fromconsumers for assistance with their accounts. Customer Service Associates areproblem solvers with good negotiation skills who are self-driven and motivatedto meet individual service and sales goals. Customer Service Associates usetheir excellent communication and interpersonal skills with every contact toprovide world-class customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respondspromptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service;Responds to requests for service and assistance.
  • Maintainsconfidentiality; Listen to others without interrupting; Keeps emotionsunder control; Remains open to others' ideas and tries new things.
  • Speaksclearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens andgets clarification; Responds quickly and effectively to customerquestions.
  • Multitasks to document while speaking with the consumer.
  • Demonstratesaccuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality;Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensurequality. Meets clients specific quality standards.
  • Meetsproductivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives toincrease productivity; Works quickly.
  • Isconsistently at work and on time
  • Followsinstructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility forown actions; Keeps commitments; Commits to long hours of work whennecessary to reach goals; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriateperson with an alternate plan.
  • Otherduties as requested by management

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or GED.

Must be able to successfully pass criminal background check

Data entry and basic computer skills
