The Office 365 Exchange Administrator:
Develops computer systems specifications that address business requirements and that fit with customer and company system architecture standards. Operations management of on premise or cloud-based environment for email and integration with key business applications, including email on authorized mobile devices.
Leads a Messaging Services Product Team (PT) responsible for the operations management of an environment for the delivery of email (EMS365), instant message (Lync), integration with business applications, maintenance and support of email applications, and delivery of core messaging functions (e.g. e-discovery and large scale broadcast message across the FAA enterprise). Responsible for providing the following Message Services support:
