We are proud that our portfolio leads the industry while exceeding environmental standards.At Konica Minolta, you'll work for an amazing technology company with growth opportunities, great benefits and talented, passionate co-workers.Position ObjectiveThe Learning Project Leader will be responsible for the life cycle of projects related to learning initiatives including: scope, development, project plan, communication, resource allocation, delivery and sustainment.Essential Job FunctionsEffectively plan and deliver sales and solutions training utilizing a strategic account sales model with a focus on business workflow to our Direct and Wholesale channels via a variety of platforms including virtual learning, video, video conferencing, online and blended learning.Complete and maintain Konica Minolta professional sales certification - a must.Develop, recommend, and deliver learning that aligns with corporate goals and initiatives. Spearhead projects identified as critical to company growth and provide all assets required to successfully launch, deliver and sustain the same.Develop and execute a blueprint for learning initiatives including communication, content, delivery methods and metrics. Incorporate professional presentation skills, professional selling skills, solutions knowledge and C-Suite sales experience to achieve desired training results.Develop curriculum to meet the needs of mobile audiences while also leveraging social media platforms to extend communication and immediate learning.Develop, deploy and troubleshoot technology required for video, video conferencing and virtual learning.Manage the day-to-day operation of the Learning Center including inventory and troubleshoot technological issues. Maintain products and solutions to ensure software version compliance and functionality. Give oversight to Learning Labs and scheduling of learning events in the Learning Centers.Monitor and manage the scope and progress of learning development and delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may impede successful deployment.Market and communicate all modalities of training for maximum participation from the sales channels. Foster partnerships and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Work directly with Service and IT to troubleshoot and maintain classroom hardware, software and workflow connectivity.Provide additional support as needed in the Learning Centers Anaheim, Itasca and Duluth, as required.Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills are a must.Highly proficient with Microsoft OS applications. MAC and common business software packages required.Good working knowledge of PC hardware including LANs, WANs, networks and advanced technology.Excellent planning and time management skills. Demonstrate leadership and creativity in recommending, developing and delivering learning that aligns with corporate goals and initiatives.Exceptional platform skills (i.e. virtual learning, video, video conferencing, etc.) as well as a strong comfort level with technology and professional services.Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Positive attitude.
