Serves as a principal advisor to customer organizations on contractual matters and provides such advice as the method of procurement, type of contract, type of contractual provisions, etc.
Conducts long range planning for the assigned subordinates including resources, projects, and programs.
Reviews evaluations of nonsupervisory employees rated by subordinate supervisors; assures reasonable equity of individual employee performance objectives, standards and ratings among subordinate organizations.
Serves as higher level source selectin authority for contract award decisions and reviews source selection decisions of subordinates.
